Do you ship internationally?

We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

My order never got to me, what do I do?

Hopefully this doesn’t happen but if it does, although our shipping carriers work independently to deliver your package, we’ll figure this out together!

If it's been marked delivered and it's only been one day-sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for the next few hours!

If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since it was made, chances are it was lost in transit. We will resend the package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We typically ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri). And you will receive your order in 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

How do I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

Return & Exchanges

Can I exchange an item?

If your item doesn't fit or you have ordered the wrong color or style, you will be able to exchange it within 60 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked, and in their original packaging.

Under what conditions can I apply for a refund or return?

Within the first 60 days from the date of purchase, you can immediately apply for a refund or return. Our policy covers the following situations:

Non-receipt of Goods: If you haven't received the goods within 60 days of purchase, we will promptly process a refund. Please note that if the tracking number indicates delivery, we may need to contact the carrier for verification.

Quality Issues: In case of any quality issues such as unclear printing, clothing contamination, or damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.

What is the return process?

If you need to return a product, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team, providing order information and a description of the issue.
For non-receipt situations, we will promptly process a refund. For quality issues, we will provide a return shipping label, or we can negotiate to resend a new package.
If you choose to resend a new package but disagree, we will arrange for the carrier to pick up the return and issue a refund immediately upon receipt.

How will the refund be processed?

Once we receive the return and confirm that it meets the refund criteria, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. Please note that the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
