If your package encounters any issues during shipping, such as prolonged delays, loss, or theft, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement. We ship to most countries and regions worldwide.

Please note that if shipping is not available to a specific region, customers in that region will not be able to place or complete an order at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

  • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Germany & UK: 5–12 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 8–15 business days
  • Australia: 8–15 business days

These shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. Express Shipping

We offer express shipping for an additional USD $5.

Estimated express delivery times are generally around 4 business days faster than standard shipping. For example:

  • USA & Canada: 3–11 business days

Actual express delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local carrier operations.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow approximately 24–48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

7. Carriers

Shipping carriers vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout when available.

8. Duties and Taxes

All applicable duties and taxes are included in the product price where applicable. Customers are not expected to pay additional import charges upon delivery under normal circumstances.

9. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a delivery fails due to:

the customer may be responsible for any resulting loss, redelivery fees, return shipping fees, or other related costs.

Delivered but Not Received

If the tracking status shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please:

  • check with household members, neighbors, building management, or mailroom staff.

10. Full Shipping Protection

We provide full shipping protection for all orders. If your package encounters any issues during transit, including loss or theft, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment, based on your preference.

11. Order Changes and Cancellations

We allow order modifications within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping addresses may be updated before the order is shipped.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@seakoff.com or through our website live chat. Once an order has been shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • promotional periods,
  • customs processing,
  • carrier disruptions,
  • severe weather,

Seakoff is not liable for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
